Introducing the Highlighter of ALL Highlighters!

Hi Pretty People!
I'm sitting here online renewing my cosmetology license and doing my yearly continuing education ::yawn:: and decided I wanted to discuss a huge trend among makeup artists, bloggers and celebrities right now-- highlighting. It appears like this concept is going to take ahold of 2017 like contouring did in 2016. Recent articles are calling the fad "non-touring" and celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Rihanna are allegedly tossing the dark contouring powder and replacing it with the popular cheekbone shimmer.
